Carson Perrote
Carson Perrote serves as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at the Millennium Challenge Account–Belize (MCA-Belize), where he provides strategic administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and contributes to the effective coordination and implementation of the Belize Compact. In his role, he supports executive decision-making, facilitates organizational planning and governance processes, and helps strengthen communication and collaboration across the organization.
Carson brings a multidisciplinary professional background with experience in executive administration, education, banking, communications, and organizational operations. Prior to joining MCA-Belize, he held leadership roles in the education sector specializing in Student Affairs and Admissions, where he supported student success, institutional operations, enrollment management, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked in the banking sector in compliance and recoveries, developing strong analytical, regulatory, and problem-solving skills.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Belize and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from St. John's College. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, Carson has also developed expertise in graphic design, website design, digital communications, video production, and creative media. These skills enable him to support corporate communications, executive presentations, branding initiatives, and digital engagement while enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Beyond his professional career, Carson has a deep passion for the performing arts and cultural development. Coming from an artistic family, he is an accomplished steel pan musician who has performed both locally and internationally with various bands and ensembles. He currently serves as the primary bass steel pan player with the Belize National Orchestra and has contributed to the development of steel band music through musical arrangements and performance. His creative background complements his professional approach, bringing innovation, adaptability, and a strong appreciation for collaboration to every aspect of his work.
